After working across several other Stormzy projects over the years, including Stormzy’s brand partnership with Hilton Honours, which got a an incredibly positive response from the man himself; LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were requested by Stormzy directly to deliver his 30th Birthday celebration party at the Biltmore Hotel in Mayfair. 

We were asked to deliver an end to end production service consisting of creative direction for all elements of the show, along with all technical production services for the 250 capacity seated dinner event, with live performances and a decadent decorative media run. 

The invite only show, attended by celebrities from all fields of the UK entertainment industry,  was covered by British Vogue and was also used as the set for Stormzy’s “Angel in the Marble” music video, so the pressure was on to deliver something both exceptionally beautiful and pleasing to the eye, but also functional, on budget and within a incredibly tight delivery timeframe. 

We worked up creative mood-boards and produced 3D renders for the main spaces, and called on our expert team of lighting designers and florists to help us deliver both a beautiful and slick experience for on-the-day guests and for the music video shoot.  

The results were exceptional for the live show, the British Vogue article and also the music video.  Definitely one of our proudest achievements here at LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS. 

Stormzy has gone from strength to strength and is an industry leader, so we were honoured to be asked to take the helm on this incredibly important show-case evening. 

The event was extremely well received by all guests and media alike and has gone down as a notable evening in the 2023 music event calendar. 

We worked closely with Stormzy’s management team to deliver a show that was beautifully curated and met their brand partner needs and requirements.
