The Glastonbury Extravaganza is one of three events organised by Michael Eavis and the Glastonbury Festival each year. The other events are the major Glastonbury Festival and the local Pilton Party. The Abbey Extravaganza has been held in the grounds of the ruined medieval Glastonbury Abbey in Somerset since 1996. The Extravaganza is held every year as a thank you to local people from Glastonbury Festival founder Michael Eavis.

This 10,000 capacity one-day festival has seen headliners such as The Specials, Van Morrison, Brian Wilson and Tom Odell and is closed by a spectacular fireworks display.

LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS are contracted by Glastonbury festival to run the Technical Production and Stage Management for the show. As part of this service we specify and design the back stage layout, advance all technical and hospitality requirements for the artists, as well as manage the technical budget and contract the technical suppliers for the show.
