- Technical Production Management for live show
- Overseeing Production load in and load out
- Liaison with all technical suppliers and O2 Arena venue to ensure all technical parts in place as required
- Creation and management of production schedule
- Booking of trucks for equipment from individual suppliers to venue and back
- Working on the ground during rehearsals to ensure the stage space met the needs of the performers and the venue.
Project Summary
This critically acclaimed one-off live show at the O2 Arena for grime act Krept and Konan came together in a very short time-frame.
LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were asked to provide the Production Management for the show. Picking up from the design and budget sign-off phase, we were tasked with pulling together all of the production elements of the show, which included the specification and booking of trucks, stage hands and plant to help in delivering this incredible and ambitious design on the ground.
