LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were approached directly by the Stormzy Management Team to oversea this exciting brand partnership event between Stormzy X Hilton Hotels as part of the Hilton Honours rewards. 

We took on both the Creative Direction and full production management for the show and turned the whole process around in record time from contracting on the project to delivery on the ground. 

Hosted at the Hilton Metropole in London, a space more suited for conferences than exclusive, invite only music events, the main challenge was a creative one as well as logistical. 

The space was transformed in 24 hours into a luxurious and beautiful sanctuary for guests to enjoy the exclusive performance. 

Both the talent and the Hilton client were overwhelmed with the transformation of the space and the creative and technical production services delivered by the LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS team. 

The standard of the event delivery was so high, this is now considered the bench-mark for Hilton branded music events going forward. 

Our role at this event included full Creative Direction and Production, which included producing a suite of full 3D renders of the performance space. We were also responsible for engaging the technical and creative suppliers for the show, managing the technical production budget pre-event and running the stage and setting up the backstage compound for the live show. 

We worked closely with both the Stormzy Team and Hilton Team to deliver the creative and production brief to the highest standard possible. 

This 250 capacity one-off show was attended by an invite only crowd and produced promotional videos for both Hilton and Stormzy.
