Stormzy’s 30th Birthday Gala
Biltmore Hotel, Mayfair, London
LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were requested by Stormzy to deliver his 30th Birthday celebration party at the Biltmore Hotel in Mayfair.
We were asked to deliver an end to end production service consisting of creative direction for all elements of the show, along with all production services.
The show was covered by British Vogue and was also used as the set for Stormzy’s Angel in the Marble music video, so the pressure was on to deliver something both exceptionally beautiful but also on budget and within a incredibly tight timeframe.
We produced 3D renders for the main spaces and called on our expert team of lighting designers and florists to help us deliver both a beautiful and slick experience for on the day guests and for the music video shoot.
The results were exceptional for the live show, British Vogue article and also the music video. Definitely one of proud achievements here at LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS.
Multiple: Sicily / London
For the last six years LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS have worked across several Google events, including the Google Pixel Launch event in Londons Piccadilly circus, the YouTube Music App Launch on the strand and the much coveted Google Camp event, where for five years running, we have been requested to join the team directly by the client.
On all of these Google projects, we spanned several roles to ensure the live artist entertainment and stage management aspects of their show were fully covered. This included artist liaison, stage management and show calling.
On both the Google Pixel Launch and the YouTube Music App Launch we were asked to pull a full team together to run and manage the artist entrainment for both shows. These included booking a full stage management and artist liasion team, respectively.
Acts we have worked with at Google events include Chris Martin, Mark Ronson and Little Mix.
Berlin, Germany.
LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS was asked to come on board to run the full artist liaison services for the live show elements of the SuperReturn Party in Berlin.
In this role we dealt with all tech, creative, logistical and hospitality advance for the performers at the live show.
Working with the local production team and the artists teams to deliver and outstanding looking and sounding performance for party for high net-worth individuals.
Performers we worked with at the show included Chic and MisterJam.
Virtual Conference
LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were asked to provide a team of digital conference hosts to work across this global digital conference for tech giants Hewlett-Packard.
For this role we pulled together a team of highly skilled digital hots to run the conferencing platform over a 4 day period. This included running webinars, Q&A sessions and keeping all conferences to the tight and robust schedule.
World Economic Forum, Davos, Switzerland.
LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were asked to provide the Artist Liaison and full tech advance service for the Cloudflare party space in Davos Switzerland, two years running.
This role included a full technical, hospitality and logistics advance and booking for all performers for this multi artist show, as well as working on the artist contracting phase with the lead client.
On site the responsibilities included running the stage in a stage management role for both the live show and the rehearsals, procurement of all hospitality rider items, ensuring all car / transport bookings were booked and running as required as well as running the dressing rooms and greenroom area.
Artists we worked with at this show include Jason Derulo and Zara Larsson.
London
For the last three consecutive years, LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS has been contracted to provide the Technical Production, Stage Management and Artist Liaison elements of the Chelsea Football Team Player of the Year Awards.
We work closely with our lead client to deliver a smooth pre-production process, which carried through to the event load-in, live show and though to the load out.
In this role we deal with all of the entertainment elements and the Chelsea Players movements on stage.
Hammersmith Apollo, London
For the last three years LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS LIMITED have been contracted to run the stage of this prestigious Production Industry Award Night.
This role includes running the stage for both rehearsal and the live event. Working with the guest speakers / award presenters, entertainment acts and the award winners; ensuring everyone is where they need to be at the right time and all post-award interviews are captured back stage.
Barcelona, Spain
Spanning a two year period LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were contracted to Production Manage the Cisco Live Customer Appreciation Event (CAE) in Barcelona.
Over the period of our involvement on the project, the CAE existed in a party format, consisting of live music entertainment across multiple stages, various bars and food vendors, with other forms of entertainment located around the space.
In this role we were responsible for the Production of all of the show elements and for booking and managing all the technical teams across the show.
Acts we have worked with at Cisco Live include Rudimental and Fat Boy Slim.
Battersea Evolution, London.
In 2019 LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS LIMITED were asked to take on the role of Show Caller for the HSJ Awards, which is the most esteemed accolade of Healthcare service excellence in the UK.
In this role we were responsible for ensuring the rehearsals and show ran to time and all technical teams were across all video, camera, lighting and sound cues, as well as producing a show book for all technical teams to work across.
Barcelona & Orlando
Spanning a two year period LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS LIMITED were contracted to Production Manage the highly esteemed Gartner Symposium IT EXPO.
We worked across both the European Barcelona show as well and the American show which takes place annually at Disney World Orlando.
In this role we worked closely with the client facing Event Services Team and the show design team, as well as the venue and other key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the space was set up on time, as per the plans and all technical elements were in place for all stages and expo stands.
Multiple venues, UK
LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were asked to work across several live conferences for this global brand.
In this role we were engaged to run the stage at this busy conference, with multiple back-to-back speakers. In this role we ensured that all speakers, guest artists and entertainers were both backstage and on stage on time and fitted with the correct headset or lapel mic; calling the number of each mic to the FOH audio team.

Spanning several years, LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS LIMITED worked across several Relentless branded events. These included the Relentless stage at Leeds Festival, as well as their On-Pack Music series, which took place across several venues in the UK.
Tobacco Dock, London
At the Gap Global Conference, London, LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS worked as the lead senior Producer to deliver the production across the whole show.
This included all branding elements and all creative elements across the space as well as working across the budget and all scheduling.
For the live show we ensured the show ran to time and worked in a show-calling capacity.
Battersea Evolution, London
In this event LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were responsible for running the stage and backstage areas for this prestigious charity raising event. We advanced the entertainment and worked closely with all the acts and celebrity guest to ensure the event ran to time and all of the backstage and technical needs were met as required.

Grosvenor House, London
At this charity fund-raising Gala ball, presented by high street giants Marks & Spencer, LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were employed to deliver the technical production and stage management for this prestigious event at Grosvenor House, London.
Artists we worked with at this show included Billy Ocean, Alison Moyet and Anton Du Beke.
Brixton Academy
London
In this role we worked with the lead producer to deliver the production across the whole show. This included all branding elements and all creative elements across the space.
This role also included working across the budget and all scheduling.

LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS have worked across several Private Parties and events for high net-worth clients.
In this role we offer a full production service which includes booking artists and performers of all genres, booking fairground rides and children’s entertainment, theming and branding, as well as working with catering and bar companies to deliver an unforgettable event for you, your family and your guests.
Guests and performers we have worked with at Private Events include; Tulisa, professional football players from the Chelsea Football Team and cast of The Only Way is Essex, to name only a few.
