LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS were entrusted with the complete Project Management of Spotify’s “All Ears on You” event, which was held in a newly refurbished iconic building in London. This project demanded not only our expertise in managing high-profile branded events, but also our ability to deliver on a detailed and ambitious creative vision. Our responsibilities included the design and construction of a bespoke stage for live musical performances, which was tailored to reflect the Spotify brand and provide a dynamic, engaging experience for attendees.

We collaborated closely with Spotify’s creative team to ensure that the stage design seamlessly integrated with the event’s overall theme, while also facilitating the technical requirements of live performances. In addition to the stage, we designed managed the construction and setup of multiple DJ booths, ensuring smooth transitions between performance spaces and a vibrant atmosphere throughout the event.

All event spaces, both inside and out were meticulously rendered in 3D to ensure the Spotify client was happy with the overall look and feel of the event space from guest arrivals through to after-show. 

A key aspect of the event was the creation of bespoke dining and bar areas. We worked with the event designers to design lighting and entertainment spaces and oversaw the layout of unique dining spaces, incorporating Spotify’s vision into the aesthetic while maintaining functionality for catering services. We also curated the layout and logistics of multiple bars, ensuring efficient service flow and a premium guest experience.

Working in a newly refurbished iconic building brought its own set of challenges, from navigating restrictions on building alterations to adapting to the architectural intricacies and power restrictions of the space. Our team worked diligently to coordinate all necessary permits, liaise with venue management, and troubleshoot any on-site issues, all while maintaining a strict timeline.
