For Hilton’s Secret Social Event featuring Raye at the prestigious Hilton Park Lane Hotel, LIBRARY PRODUCTIONS took on full project management, overseeing every element of this exclusive event. 

The timing of the show added to its significance, as it took place just days after Raye’s historic win at the BRIT Awards, where she secured a record number of accolades. This created a heightened level of excitement and anticipation, and it was crucial for us to reflect that momentous achievement in the event’s design and execution. 

We began by producing detailed 3D plans and photo realistic renders of all event spaces for Hilton and Rays lighting team. 

Our overall design encompassed two bespoke purpose-built stages that provided an intimate yet powerful setting for Raye’s live performance and a warm up performance on the smaller stage, as well as a DJ area to keep the energy high throughout the night and a custom photo opportunity space that was crafted to engage guests and encourage social sharing. These renders were instrumental in finalizing the event’s layout and ensuring all elements of the space worked harmoniously.

In addition to stage and space design, Library Productions handled the technical requirements for Raye’s live performance. We worked closely with her lighting team to ensure that the lighting design aligned with her vision and enhanced the emotional impact of her music. This collaboration was key to creating a visually captivating atmosphere that would immerse the audience in the performance. We sourced high-quality lighting and sound equipment, liaised with technical suppliers, and ensured everything was tested and ready well in advance of the event.

A critical part of our role was budget management. We developed a comprehensive and detailed budget that accounted for all aspects of the production, from the construction of the stage and bar areas to the technical installations and staffing. Our experience allowed us to manage costs effectively while delivering a premium event that exceeded client expectations.
